While you're working with our credit repair service to repair your credit, one of the things you can do to help improve your credit scores over time is to establish several lines of credit and keep them current. Visa and Mastercard credit cards are an excellent way to do this and are relatively easy to get.
When you apply for a credit card for bad credit, one of the things you'll just have to accept is that it will cost you more in terms of interest rate, and you will usually be required to pay an annual fee, application fees, and frequently a membership fee. Look at these as temporary costs; a necessary expense on the road to better credit. They are completely standard on all bad credit credit cards.
Part of your strategy will be to get several of these bad credit cards for people with bad credit and keep them as open lines of credit. Use them each month and pay them off each month. Because of the high interest rates you will not want to carry any balances from month to month. Once your credit has been repaired, you will be able to apply, and get approved, for good credit credit cards with no application fees, membership fees or annual fees. Once you've been approved for the new cards, you can either negotiate a lower rate and no fees on these cards, or simply phase them out over time.
